Turn Procedures
Step-by-step turnaround procedures on the crew's own device, each step timestamped when it is completed.
On many ramps, radio and paper still carry the work, and the record is rebuilt after the aircraft has left. ThruFly puts the turn on the crew's device and gives leaders a timestamped view as it happens.

Pre-pilotWe are looking for founding station partners. More about the team
ThruFly is designed to capture the turn as the work happens, then turn that record into intelligence: live health, early risk and patterns across your station. The record is the foundation, not the product.
Step-by-step turnaround procedures on the crew's own device, each step timestamped when it is completed.
See who is assigned to each turn and which equipment is ready, in use or missing.
A live view of every turn in progress for the station lead, with issues flagged while the aircraft is still on stand.
The timestamped record becomes live station health, early risk flags and patterns across turns, ready for review, audit and improvement.

Designed this way. ThruFly is pre-pilot.
The same turn, seen by the person doing the work, the person responsible for the station, and the airport operations team.
Sees the turn and its steps. The assigned turnaround and its procedure are on the device in hand.
Completes each step. Every completed step is timestamped as it happens.
Logs an issue on the spot. An equipment shortfall or a concern is noted at the moment it appears.
Signs off the turn. The last verification closes the record.
Sees which crews are assigned and which turns are about to start.
Sees turnaround progress as it unfolds, not after the aircraft has left.
Sees the issue while the aircraft is still on stand, and can respond.
Has a complete, timestamped record of who did what, and when.
Sees which turns are in progress across the apron, without calling around.
Sees progress and flagged issues as they are logged.
Sees who is responding to an issue on a stand.
Has a shared record to review safety, damage and delay questions afterwards.
Illustrative walkthrough. Not a product screen.
Most ramp problems are visible before they become delays or damage claims. ThruFly is designed to surface the early signals from the work itself, so the station lead sees risk while the aircraft is still on stand.
Is the crew assigned, and is the equipment ready? A turn that is about to start with a gap is flagged ahead of arrival, not at the aircraft door.
Steps are timestamped as they are completed. A step that runs long, or an issue logged by the crew, moves the turn from on track to watch or at risk.
The record shows what slowed the turn and who was involved, so delay, damage and safety reviews start from facts. Patterns across turns show where the station is exposed.
Turns in progress, flagged by what the crew has logged.
Illustrative example with invented stands. Not a product screen.
A step open longer than the station's own window raises a flag.
Missing or unready equipment is visible before the turn needs it.
A concern raised by the crew reaches the lead the moment it is logged.
The same cause on the same stand, shift or equipment shows up across turns.
Designed with fairness in mind. Thresholds are set by your station. Health is shown per turn, not as a ranking of individual crew members. ThruFly does not produce performance claims before a pilot has measured them. See the platform →
ThruFly is designed to produce the measures operations leaders already ask for. We agree the baseline with you before the pilot starts and report the same measures afterwards. We publish no results until a pilot has produced them.
Time from first step to sign-off, per turn and per stand, from timestamped steps rather than estimates.
Measured in the pilotHow many delays have a recorded cause, and how quickly a delay review can reach one.
Measured in the pilotHow often a turn starts with the equipment confirmed, and how often it does not.
Measured in the pilotConcerns logged while the aircraft is present, compared with those found afterwards.
Measured in the pilotShare of turns closed with every step timestamped and signed off.
Measured in the pilotStaff time spent reconstructing a delay, damage or safety event from radio calls and memory.
Measured in the pilotKnow what happened on the ramp, while it still matters. The return comes from time and cost your station already carries. We help you size it before you commit.
No savings figures are claimed. Results depend on your station, and the pilot is how we measure them together.
The same frontline record, seen through the lens of each role.
The easiest way to evaluate ThruFly is on your own ramp, in a small, well-defined trial.
One station, a small group of crews, and measures agreed before we start. No integration into your systems is needed to begin.
No. Your team can begin capturing data without connecting anything.
How it would fit alongside your systems →Your operational data remains yours. Ownership, access, retention and exit terms are agreed in writing before a pilot begins.
Security and data →Pre-pilot and in development, built by ground operations professionals. We are looking for a founding station partner, and we will not name any organization without its permission.
Pilot scope and terms, including cost, are agreed in writing before we start. Book a call and we will walk through the options.
Your data remains yours. ThruFly is designed to turn operational activity into a structured, searchable and auditable record, so you gain visibility into aircraft turns, crew activity, equipment readiness, task execution and operational performance without giving up ownership of your information. Ownership, access and exit terms are written into the pilot agreement.
ThruFly runs on iOS and Android, on phones and tablets, built around the device already in a crew member's hand. We confirm device requirements for your station when we scope the pilot.
Turn procedures are designed to align with IATA ground handling practice (the Airport Handling Manual and the Standard Ground Handling Agreement), configured to your own operating procedures. ThruFly does not yet hold third-party certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
ThruFly is designed to keep working offline, so crews are not stuck when ramp coverage drops.
No. ThruFly can be deployed and used without integrating into existing systems, allowing teams to begin capturing operational data and validating workflows immediately.
Yes. ThruFly is designed to support integration with existing airport, airline, and enterprise systems as operational requirements evolve.
We can share a security and data-governance overview, and we are happy to sign an NDA before a detailed walkthrough. Ask on a call or email info@thrufly.com.
ThruFly is pre-pilot. We are looking for founding station partners to shape it with us, and we will not name any organization without its permission.
A station, a sponsor, one or two turnaround procedures, a small group of crew to try it and a point of contact. Setup is light-touch, and we will scope exactly what you need on the call.
One station for 60 to 90 days, with scope, metrics and exit terms agreed up front.
Choose the route that fits. A founder replies to every message within one business day.
